The Internet provides endless ways to learn online \u2013 on your own time. But it can become daunting when trying to prepare for assignments and do better than merely passing a class with the lowest grade possible.<\/p>\n<p>A few measures that can be taken today will change the outcome of any online learning adventure. Preparing assignments is the first step for success.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.briantracy.com\/blog\/time-management\/6-time-management-tips-to-increase-productivity-organizational-skills\/\">Organisation<\/a> is key and the first step to success, but you need to better understand the assignment first.<\/p>\n<h3>Read the Assignment or Module<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/realisingopportunities.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Academic-Assignment-CH5-Guide-for-students.pdf\">Preparing assignments<\/a> doesn\u2019t mean that you should do them the last minute. If you want to truly learn, you need to be diligent and prepared ahead of time. This means you should be doing the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Create a Schedule<\/strong>: Look at your average day and create a schedule that allows you to work in new assignments. For example, you may find that the best time to do assignments is 7 pm \u2013 9 pm. Schedule your assignment work at this time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plan for Mishaps<\/strong>: Your car broke down on the road, and all of a sudden, you won\u2019t be able to make it online to do your big assignment.
